French mother, Father Peruvian born in Lima. She studied social and economic management in France.

In 2009 she won the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Peru Title, and the following year she became became a model in the HABACILAR Program of America Television. She served as Miss Amazonas in the Miss Peru 2011, where she managed to get fourth place. Thanks to her position, she participated in the Miss Bikini International 2011 held in China, where she took second rank in the contest  winning Miss Photogenic and Miss Charming.

Then, Giselle, returned to represent Peru in Miss Caribbean Hibiscus, in the island of Saint Maarten, where she earned the title "Miss Captain Oliver's Resort". At year's end, made ​​her acting debut in the play for children The Adventures of Charlie and Dolly.

Giselle also posed for magazine covers such as SoHo, Maxim and Stuff Man.
